Citi-Con’s current inland workload reflects a healthy pipeline of technically demanding projects, showcasing our expertise in high-quality repair and refurbishment.
· Reservoir repairs: Internal repairs are progressing well. Following scale removal via pressure blasting and a detailed inspection by the Resident Engineer, preparation is underway, including treatment of all reinforcement steel, and numerous additional spalled areas.
· Agricultural company’s head office: We removed 4 500 concrete blocks from a double-storey roof and are repairing 130 metres of parapet wall ahead of TPO waterproofing.
· Agricultural company’s silo complexes: At one silo complex, conical roofs are being high-pressure cleaned, repainted, and waterproofed. At another site, we have started purchasing raw material for the structural strengthening of four metal silo bins.
· Warehouse flooring: We will be starting in April 2026 with the refurbishment a warehouse floor by reinstating 1 500 linear metres of joints with backing cords and polyurethane sealant for enhanced longevity.
This strong, diverse workload reinforces our position as a trusted partner in refurbishment projects where durability, safety, and performance are non-negotiable. Citi-Con remains committed to maintaining this standard while building a resilient, sustainable project pipeline.
